Giving you a free UK phone number
- wherever you are in the world!

Number Types:
Single drop
Single drop premium rate numbers allow the callers to dial secure in the knowledge that the call charge will never exceed the set amount, regardless of the length of call. These numbers are ideal for a vote line or simple information lines.
We can provide you with single drop premium rate numbers in the following charge bands: 10p / 25p / 50p / £1.00 per call.
Pay for Product
The pay for product range of numbers is useful for micro-payments. For example if you were giving away a low value item but needed to cover your production and postage you could earn enough revenue from one of these numbers and the customer pays for the product through their telephone bill.

We can provide pay for product numbers in the following charge bands:
£1.00 per minute / £1.50 per minute / £1.50 per call.

General Premium Rate
The majority of premium rate services require one of these numbers. They are ideal for competition lines, information services and support lines. Callers are charged by the minute for the time connected.
We can provide the following charge bands:
15p / 20p / 25p / 30p / 35p / 40p / 45p / 50p / 60p / 75p / £1.00 / £1.50
We also have adult content ranges available in 50p / £1.00 / £1.50 per minute charge bands.

Call costs quoted are from a standard BT landline - costs for calls made from a mobile or payphone may vary.

Services:
Redirection
We can provide you with a Premium Rate number and divert all calls to that number onto a telephone number of your choice. Call charges may apply depending on the PRS number used and the terminating telephone number.
This basic redirection service is useful where you have an existing call centre or helpdesk and simply want to have your customers call you on a Premium Rate number.
Interactive Voice Response
We can develop an IVR response tailored to your requirements. The caller can be greeted by a simple informative message or series of menus and prompts. Basic IVR services are most commonly used for recorded information lines and telephone voting services.
Data Collection
In addition to basic IVR features we can capture information recorded by your callers, such as name and address or an answer to a competition question. Recordings are almost immediately forwarded to an email address of your choice where you can listen to your messages at your convenience.
Guidelines
All Premium Rate Services are regulated by ICSTIS, who have developed a code of practice that must be followed. For information on which services require permission from ICSTIS and for guidelines on how you must advertise your service please refer to the website www.icstis.org.uk.
