TERMS
& CONDITIONS |
| This
document describes the terms under which numbers are
allocated to you from number ranges allocated to
Magrathea Telecommunications from Ofcom, and is in
addition to our standard terms and conditions. |
| 1) |
You
may not use the numbers for any unlawful purpose
whatsoever. |
| 2) |
No
minimum commitment is required from you, and no
minimum monthly fee applies unless we have informed
you otherwise. |
| 3) |
We
reserve the right to withdraw numbers or substitute
numbers without notice if required for regulatory,
statutory or legal reasons. |
| 4) |
If
you are running services using the numbering
provided by us then you are responsible for
obtaining all necessary approvals, permissions or
authorisations for the services, and ensuring such
services comply with Ofcom’s Numbering Code,
Telecommunication Acts that are in force, and this
agreement. |
| 5) |
We
may recover from you any fines, claims or
administrative expenses resulting from action taken
by ICSTIS, OFCOM or any other regulatory body
approved by the Director General of
Telecommunications in concern with the numbers used
by you. |
| 6) |
The
contract term for services is 24 months unless
otherwise agreed in writing. |
| 7) |
We
give no warranty that the service provided will be
continuous or fault free or fit for any particular
purpose, but we will take steps to ensure that the
service is reasonably fault free and reasonably
uninterrupted. Not all numbers are accessible
from all international destinations. |
| 10) |
If
you port a number to another operator within the
initial term then a payment will be required to
release the number from your contract with us.
